They're just canned, I'm a bit lazy lol. Cilantro would probably be good, nice call! There's about thirty twists of black pepper in the dressing, but I'm not adverse to more 😋
Yeah, it's just olive oil, rice vinegar, bit of salt, lots of black pepper, and about five cloves of garlic. I wasn't sure what else to call it, but I've found it goes really well with the salad! You could use Sherry vinegar or red wine vinegar too and I'm sure it'd be delicious.
