  • Pad krapao is my favorite. I like it most with chicken.

    • True, that's also quite good. I personally prefer the minced (sap) pork (moo) variant. The slightly charred minced meat works really well with the egg yolk and fish sauce, in my opinion.

      But that isnwhat makes this such a great dish I think, so many different versions.
