Portland is allegedly the second ‘wildest’ party city in America, report says
Portland is apparently a wild place. Some of us wouldn't know.
Looks like they scored it strictly on alcohol/cannabis/cocaine/strip clubs/casinos.
Guarantee the city ranked high mostly because of the marijuana and the number of strip clubs. Funny because the usage of pot here is pretty casual, feel like I'd compare it more with say, drinking coffee, than partying.
I love that thc use is somehow associated with partying.
We're all partying... by ourselves... in our houses (or tents)... with all the drugs.
