America is in a unique global position of power and every citizen could be living like a Saudi, but that doesn't seem like a priority

Every “invent money out of thin air” is a giveaway to billionaires that you and I will pay for through taxes they are legally allowed to evade.
That’s why there was bipartisan support for PPP “loans” during COVID that never had to be repaid, but why they’re fighting tooth and nail against proposals to nullify student loans.

Maybe instead of one nation built on slavery aspiring to be more like another nation currently existing on slavery, we aspire to be a good, equitable, and just society, instead of "rich" nations where some get to enjoy the wealth while others "get" to create it.. -
We don't need to do any of that, we already collect more than enough to provide single payer for all. We out spend all other nations already with health care spending by nearly double.
