Thought of this community as soon as this issue hit my eyes for the first time last week.
Not "how to stop eating plastic"...just how to eat less....cuz we all have to eat some...

For years I avoided seafood for the microplastics issue, then that study just dropped revealing that it's in chicken, beef, and plant-based meats too. Fuck
