Madness on the Wind - The eerie effects of the Foehn—folklore or fact?

So funny because I just had a discussion yesterday about this! Kinda 8h ago 😂 because also in Croatia there is this effect that the Jugo brings, the south east wind. Back in the day they even took this into account in court and the punishment would be lessened.
