Doesn't eggnog have liquor by default? Didn't know you called it spiked when added, thought it would be more virgin if not

It doesn't have it by default. Many people drink it without, often with a bit of milk to thin it out a little.

Eggnog usually has alcohol though, so what was it spiked with?

Rum! And where I live, eggnog is not sold with alcohol in it by default. I actually didn't know that was even a thing.

I used store-bought eggnog. Earth's Own is the brand available to me. Then just rum, cinnamon, and nutmeg. The rimmer was maple syrup, cinnamon, and sugar.
