Don't get it, and maybe I should keep my mouth shut given the subject matter, but this Ryan Grim guy is an American according to Wikipedia and it says Israel will pay for college for these guys.
Can someone enlighten a confused Brit please?
- The United States is funding Israel so the joke is about how American tax dollars will pay for these scholarships, meanwhile uni here is prohibitively expensive

And yet their elderly have to go around begging or work till they're dead because there are no social programs and pensions suck
