You walk out and get into a car and CANNOT SEE that there is a car parked in back of the car you are just getting into?!?!?!?!
In the US the insurance won't pay if it a family member accident like this because of fraud.
That's not true for any of the insurance companies I've had. It's explicitly stated in the policy.
