I'm doing it so all the size 10 and 12 clothes I bought continue to fit while I get the munchies every night. I'm pretty sure they're one of those foods which take almost as much energy to digest as they have stored in them either way, I'm not gaining or losing weight so that's gotta be a good thing. I quit sugar about a year ago but love honey now stopped buying it and it stopped me being sweet snacks when I'm out. I just go hungry.
