My city can't even finish a parking area in time. There's a sign nearby on a construction site that says: THE WORKS WILL BE FINISHED NOVEMBER 2017.
A major bridge connecting an interstate between two major American cities near me blew up after a fuel hauler turned over and exploded on it. This happened in 2011.
It just finished reconstruction. It took them 12 years to build a 50 meter bridge.
I could of used this like a month ago when I was making a project on this stuff (China and eco socialism).
Making terawatts of free power, huge mistake
