- There is actually a small shed-like structure right under there, hence the appearance of ungodly thiccness.

Trees like that are the best, when they are in someone else's yard.
- I have a very similar tree in my yard (not as pretty, but same size-wise), so I know what you mean. Leaves for DAYS.
- I chopped down all the trees in my yard after I bought my house. I've put concrete in the backyard
