- Yes, but that's not really the issue. I'm not the least bit afraid of death.
  What I do fear is the unreal, enormous amount of abject suffering coming our way. People fighting and killing each other over scraps or a few drops of water.
  Anyway, I'll be checking out long before it gets that bad - and it will.
Most people are not paying attention and don't care unless it directly affects them.
- Did the heat this summer not directly affect them? It sure affected me.

  It's gotta affect them quickly enough for it not to just become the new normal. If every year is just a bit hotter than the previous year, then they'll all just sit around until they can no longer survive, like the proverbial frog in the pot of water.
I'm ahead of the curve, collapsed today.
