Is there a way to unlock Rom?
- He works like the Kameos. He tag teams with Brunt (FCA) wielding the staff of the Nagus.
I always liked Sub-Zero, so I think I'd go with Shran. Gotta have some ice-themed Andorian attacks, right?

Also, Shran is a badass.

  Sorry, I wasn't saying you were wrong about the reskin joke for Weyoun/Hat Cop. I was just making a joke about Andoria being an ice planet.
  
  IIRC the only reason Sub-Zero was in MK1 was because the SNES cartridge had juuuust enough room for new moves, but not for a new character model; hence the pallette swap.

- He's Weyoun's Kameo as a reluctant alliance. He can crash the Defiant into your opponent. His hidden attack is to hire out a simple tailor for an assassination.
