How about this one? "James while John had had had had had had had had had had had a better effect on the teacher."
Needs quotation marks
Yeah, I always hated that one because it only works because of the (incorrect) omission of punctuation. The Buffalo buffalo one doesn't need anything except the period at the end to be correct.
