Obviously a fake story made up by an adult. A real kid would have called their teacher "ChatGPT". Alexa is for middle-aged adults who want to know what's on TV.
I don’t get this take. There are probably many parents who have Amazon speakers in their home and taught children to ask Alexa when they want to know something.
Kids don't ask Alexa to do their homework for them. They ask ChatGPT.
Also, kids don't use what their parents use because it's old people stuff. It's only parents who think their children do as they were taught 🙂
All I got was "fetch x, y or z and we'll look it up" when I asked for something. With that said, there was no such thing as a smart device then.
My younger cousin was obsessed with Alexa. She has to have a dinner time limit on questions
Reminded me of this clip (sorry for tiktok link- enable desktop mode to view in mobile browser)
I call all my coworkers "Chat"
"Hey Google, beer me a pen."
