The ACT government has introduced a bill which would place restrictions on alcohol deliveries to homes in Canberra.

Deliveries would be limited to between 10am and 10pm daily, with a two-hour pause between the placing of an alcohol order and its delivery.

If the bill passes, there will be an 18-month delay on enforcing some of the requirements, to give businesses time to become compliant.
