How to improve your posture
How to improve your posture
How to improve your posture
More realistic:
average budget airline experience
How to improve it even more:
Why the small head?
Fix your posture by fucking the environment. Got it.
That's could be a train, or one of those fancy public toilets with cloud photos
By not working yourself to death. Environmental fuckery is optional but nod adviced.
No thanks. But nice try, travel agent cartoonist!
I personally hate flying.
Why? Is it something against flight itself? Or against airlines and airports?
It's only because I've flown a ton in my life, and after the first few times it just becomes a hassle. Plus, I'm 6'4" and the seats are only getting smaller. I'm not afraid of any part of flying, I'm just grumpy about it.
I'm not him but im fat and always bumping elbows with the people next to me and its just really uncomfy for several hours.
Not OP, but I personally hate the whole experience. Here's how it goes:
The whole experience just sucks. It was novel the first few times, but now it's a chore and I end up feeling like crappy even after short flights.
For me, it's takeoffs. I voluntarily pay to sit on top of 380,000 pounds of fuel, someone flips an ignition, and I sweatily await the laws of physics to beat the laws of thermodynamics. I clap when we reach altitude -- instead of the other way around (landing gracefully like a bird).
Everything else is quite enjoyable. Including the inflight radio channel where you can listen live to air traffic comms; and then feel the pilot command the ship to it.
bad posture is a myth

This. I've been told for years to sit with my back straight, everything at 90 degrees (elbows, knees) while working. A lot of hernia problems. Eventually went to a physio, told me it's BS. My hernia nerve was inflamed, had to do some light exercise to get it fixed, then he told me "just sit comfortably, and change positions often". No problem since. Sitting straight as an I for hours is not good at all actually !
Fixed it for you :)
Now this is good stuff, especially when enough space.
Step 1: have enough money and time
Bullshit, I have much worse posture when crammed into a tiny airplane seat
That's because those are the wrong airplane seats. Your posture will improve when you sit in the first class seats. Just a little life-hack.
I, due to volunteering my seat on an earlier flight to get a voucher for a future flight, got put into first class on my replacement flight.
When I was sitting down, and the woman next to me pulled her legs up so her shins were parallel to the front of the seat (this position), my mind was blown.
I'm pretty sure the lowest economy class has really terrible seats so we're forced to buy economy premium just to avoid that torture.
you are packed in like sardines.
