Trump returns to '51st state' rhetoric in speech to U.S. military officials

The officers have trained long and hard to sit with attentive expressions during the speeches. Thousands of power point presentations will do that.

It cultivates a professional mask. Who knows what they are actually thinking: last night’s argument with the wife? A grocery list? How to help establish a true Aryan state? Imagining shooting the administration? How to plot a coup? How to help with counter coups? Admiration for Trump? Trying to not look nauseated?

A very mixed lot.

I hope relations between the two colonies get so bad that they never ever mended. If it takes the Republicans winning in 2028 and 2032 to make it happen so be it.
