[Wheel of Time] A Failure of Both Halves: How the mistakes of the Second Age are avoided in the Third

I tried to read the series twice. I read a lot, and usually finish series even if they start to annoy me. I get to around book 6 or 7 (not sure, it's been awhile since I last tried) and I get so god damn annoyed at the characters that I can't finish.
