A working group found systemic issues within Libraries ACT, including that workplace culture is affecting morale and contributing to increased closures.

Their report also recommended changes for Civic and Erindale libraries, which have seen lower visitor numbers.

City Services Minister Tara Cheyne says changes have already been made to address the issues listed in the report.
