I hate games that require pressing the sticks. There are more than enough buttons if they designed the game properly.
Depending on the game, I get really intense and accidentally click the sticks a ton. They're usually bound to crouch, sprint, or melee so it isn't a big deal but sometimes it can be annoying...
How often do you have to replace your controllers?

I liked that moment in god of war where you poke the dudes eyes and do it by clicking L3 and R3 at the same time. That was a neat use of buttons.
