What's something you miss from childhood?

Free time
Free time without cell phones. You were just "unplugged" by default and now people seem to expect you to be plugged in. I used to just go spend an entire weekend camping in the woods just being with nature and exploring. My parents didn't assume i was in mortal danger, and no one could bother me.
These days it just feels different
Summer seemed so long
Having no concept of money and all that entails.
Bills, rent, food; the stress that stems from money is a scourge upon this earth. Of course, if we had things like UBI, the dread of looking at my CashApp balance would be slightly lessened.
When I could eat a lot of sugar with no concerns.
When I had friends.
When I was poor but I still felt I had everything.
Not being recorded everywhere I go. Literally.
Energy. I was never good at sports. But at least I had stamina. I really miss playing capture the flag with water guns in the forest.
capture the flag with water guns
I've never tried this variant. How does it work? Tag players by squirting them?
Spending time with my grammom. My immediate family was pretty blah, but my grammom always made me feel loved.
I can and still do most of the stuff I thought was fun as a kid, and while it's not as carefree, it's still available to do when I please, but I'll never have another grammom.
Boredom.
That will come.
Joy. That joy you got when renting a game at blockbuster or getting that cd you’ve been looking for. That feeling of having a crush on a girl in school and feeling like the world was big with endless possibilities.
Long holiday periods without responsibilities.
