If someone is sending out transmissions or public data, you can watch, record, note, use it. It's not my job to close my eyes to protect your data. An extension of this is that I can ignore or alter when I see for my own use, therefore adblocking is 100% fair activity. I shouldn't be forced to watch or listen to your data in a form as you decide.
