You know, when you’re in the superhero community you learn that a lot of people love their hero, and the love isn’t just physical but psychological. You don’t get to enjoy your glory for long, and especially if it comes at a cost. So here I am, having been stuck in my long term relationship with a hero, who I thought I would be best friends with, for a long time. We’ve been together for two years now. It’s a little strange to think of it as just friends. I get to hang out, and he gets to hang out. But it feels like we’re just two people in a room.
