There is genuinely a world where "Why do you keep going to war? Fear of a lack of resources? Let's make a deal to prioritize some paid contracts to you so that we can create an economic dependence and have a bigger lever the next time you are a dumb shit" is the outcome and... that would be a genuinely beautiful outcome and a long term solution to putin.
