Do you listen to music before sleep ? If yes do you wear earphones to bed ?

I gave tried head bands and micro buds, but I never feel just right with them. I've gotten an under the pillow speaker that I like. I slip it in the pillow case.

I had noisey neighbours so now i need white noise to not react to every single noise "that might the neighbours coming in for a party at 3am". I don't have anything fancy but i got Bluetooth earphones (just some random Amazon ones) that are connected physically so it's easy to switch between "free" ears. I don't even remember switching in my sleep now.

I have Raycon Active buds. They're great at staying in while sleeping or running or whatever. Kinda too expensive for the sound quality imo but the fit is really good, at least for me.

Sometimes, but not until sleep. More like a separate calm uninterrupted music listening time.

Nope, I find it hard to sleep with music on, only non-digital reading helps me calm down. So a good book is all i need.

I listen to audiobooks to get to sleep and use musiCozy headphone bands, cheap and comfy.

i have some form of audio device playing a white (brown) noise file that fades in and out over 15 minutes. cam be found on the internet!

sometimes i also have music playing.

ideally it is a regular passive speaker, hooked up to all the good shit. at one time those speakers were installed in the ceiling, but those days are gone.

right now it's a W king Bluetooth speaker that i normally use while traveling.

not the greatest but gets the job done.

in a pinch, even the phone speaker will do.

I listen to podcasts to get to sleep. I have some earbuds that I can use single-sided, and either of the sides can connect on their own (doesn't have a master/slave connection where only one actually connects to phone and slave connects to master)

I go to bed with one or the other. During the night I might switch the bud to the other side, both sides can fit in either ear falling out and the sound is fine, even though they're designed for only one ear. YMMV with that.

But this is the best way I've found.

There's little Bluetooth speakers or vibrator bars that are designed to sit underneath your pillow and they're quiet enough that a partner won't hear it, but you can. I've tried those as well but you have to have your head on the pillow in a specific way for them to work and I don't like being "confined" to that specific position.

I lay on my back and both sides so this works best for me.

I only offer this as an alternative, minority viewpoint because I struggled with selecting earbuds for bed - try bone conduction ear buds.

\ Caveats being, side sleeping can be uncomfortable depending on head shape and pillow stiffness. Also the audio quality is not as good as traditional buds, but not an issue for most audiobooks or podcasts. For me though, it eliminated the uncomfortable pressure against my eardrum and didn't trap moisture if I chose to take a shower before bed. I also could hear in case there was something I had to respond to.

I used to back when I had a snoring roommate. They make ANC earbuds that don't poke out of the ears, but I haven't been able to find another pair since the ones from Walmart broke about 5 months in. Then I just got used to sleeping with slightly bulkier earbuds on a thicker pillow.

No. I have a white noise generator.

I tried multiple ones, went with a small one. But it gets irritating after 5 mins or so.
