Oh look, Apple trying to bully a smaller company for using a generic term again just because they use that same generic term.
Apple was not in the movie making business when this theater chain was established ion 2013, and had not made any indications they were going to. Apple TV+ launched in 2019.
Apple TV has existed since 2007. A theater chain is not in the movie making business
Importantly, Apple hasn't sold an Apple Cinema Display since 2011.
