Magby, Cleffa, Pichu, Smoochum etc. They all seem to have really low HP (30), no retreat cost, and their attacks need no energy and are a weird filled in colorless symbol. Other ones are like Munchlax, Happiny, and Elekid. I don’t think those are in this set.

Yeah if you pull a baby Pokemon they’re 6 per pack. :)
