I’m a 33M with a fairly long commute and work a lot of the time. I have a fairly high body count at 3-4 times the recommended amount. I have a fairly decent sized house (12 dwelling units) so I usually get a good amount of sleep and eat well. I live on the south coast and my commute is about 10 minutes.
