Not to say you can't be a man and look like this, but adressing this person by he/him would not be my first thought
Tbh I think being into this is quite gay regardless of your gender

  Yeah, it was a bit tongue in cheek, of course nobody has to identify any particular way just because of one example of being attracted to something. But something along the lines of this one from the other day:
