I've been obsessed with the game for the past few weeks - including the OST which I've been listening to basically everyday now. Not sure which track is my favourite but probably "Burn, Baby, Burn". It just encapsulates the entire vibe of the game, its themes, the tragedy, sadness, melancholy but also hope unlike any other.
"Live With Me" hits me in the feels after I've (spoilers) took on the case of the dead man on the boardwalk and talked to his wife. Man, that was just so sad but powerful.
I love the whole sound track, but I especially like the music at the end with you know who. It is partially in La Revacholiere, so that is my most liked one. But Instrument of Surrender is a close second. It immediately puts my mind back to Revachol.
I can't pick just one. When the piano leitmotif hits in "Burn Baby, Burn" I get chills, but I do for the horns in "Instrument of Surrender" too. "Detective Arriving On The Scene" is also a masterpiece.
Most underrated is maybe "Your Body Betrays Your Degeneracy" (Measurehead's theme). Such a powerful industrial churn and slowly rolling beat that just captures the mood of the harbour perfectly.
