  I mean I don't want to encourage behavior that is probably not healthy for your body, but it doesn't really hurt other people (unless you're sending pictures or videos of it to other people to harass them) and it's not quite extreme enough to really count as selfharm, so it's kinda whatever.
Perversion is in our blood and anyone can awaken it under certain circumstances.
