Settings introduction

I have been playing to the previous versions of this game, when it was named MineClone2.

However, I am unable to find a guide for configurations and I cannot keep up so much with the changes.

Basically what I would like to do is:

• incrementing the day time
• reducing the mobs spawn frequency / quantity
• adding a delay to Stalkers before exploding
