A friend of mine is a Nobel Prize nominee. It's not hard: all it takes is someone with vaguely convincing creds to write a letter to nominate you.
In his case, he asked a University teacher friend of his to write the letter. And just like that, he was nominated. He'd been putting "Nobel Prize nominee" on his resume to impress potential employers for decades.

The Nobel committee should maybe not accept nominations from an accused ICC war criminal
Yeah, of course he's guilty. I'm saying the accusation should be enough and they shouldn't have to wait for him to be convicted. But either way they should establish a policy around it.
If they do and Trump gets it, we know how far the far right has compromised Europe. It's a coup in slow motion so it's good to know at which point we are right now.
Hell no, Netanyaho clearly deserves a nobel peace prize.
