We have seen this, and a youtuber we follow do something similar to this recently and we don't really get it. It seems cruel and could traumatise people. Why would anybody want to do that?
I guess it is a cruel thing to do, yet the internet is full of distorted nsfw things, so building a tolerance to them is helpful. You can't prevent the horrors, only reduce how much they can hurt you.
