What do the other buttons do?
Encourages him to find work as copy writer to pay the bills until he hits his “big break”
- left: introduce him to his post-MFA career options
- right: "have you written anything I've heard of?"
- up: tell them they write just like their teachers
- down: "I can do the same thing.... using AI!"
Ask him about his novel and then go, "Oh that's already been done."
Tell him that his reach exceeds his grasp
