It is really unfortunate that Vylan can't tell the difference between leaders and bosses - but that seems to be the state of radical politics these days.

Its okay if you cant (fully) relate to the shared experiences and feel emotions such as pain and anger behind those words. I certainly can and that what makes it powerful to me.
We don't really think there's much of a difference in the end. They still create a hierarchy and personally, we're strongly against hierarchies.
