Unless specifically told to scroll, don't you fucking dare scroll. That is nosy as hell.
You look at the picture given and THAT's IT.
Don't expect phone etiquette from folks anyhow.
This can happen very much as an accident.
Zoom it in a teeny bit to prevent accidental scrolling to the next image.

Having two different apps with different folders also help. e.g.
Former app. Gallery app.
Also different accounts save lives.
