You know how in totalitarian regimes, they used to burn book and silence, disappear or imprison people who spoke certain things?
Whenever there is war, thought regulation gets really strict.

Isnt radio free a propaganda tool set up by the US or am i thinking of a different one they pump into north korea?
- Radio Liberty and Radio Free Europe are good for learning the U.S. State Department's approved perspective on a given issue.
  The organization was founded to serve the goals of the Cold War and was indeed a CIA front. The secretive CIA support ended in the 70s I think and the org now works with the official U.S. government outlet, Voice of America.
  Radio Free Asia is similar but a separate and legally distinct non-profit organization that started after the end of the Cold War to carry on the mission.

Radio Free Europe/Asia are US government news sources. They are only sometimes credible.

  A roundabout way is using regular.world modlog at lemmy.world/modlog and filtering by mod (that field is disabled on most instances)

- I fail to see how an AI bot can create an entire social media platform. Dessalines is a lot of things, but a bot isn't one of them.
