Even a standard oven makes almost all leftover fries better than when served. I’ve only had an exception when they’re straight out of the frier (and high quality fries)
I couldn't do fries as a delivery / takeout food until air fryer. They always arrive kind of soggy. Now as soon as I get them I put them in and bring them back to full glory.
Surprisingly a lot of these can be fixed with an air fryer. I spend less money because of mine because I can make small amounts of crispy snacks without having to get fast food, and they reheat fries like nobody's business.
store your fries leftovers in a sealed container to avoid desiccation, and in the fridge to slow bacterial proliferation. warm them up by putting a couple of tbsp vegetable oil into a frying pan and fry them at medium temperature.
I wish people would wake up to capitalism being the biggest scam and finally liberating the human race to an advanced way of life where we aren't dying from famine or warfare and also don't have to waste so much of our lives making like 3 people even more richer than they already were—but I digress. They'll learn it the hard way it seems.
Add a sheet of moist paper towel over any baked goods when warming up in the microwave. This counteracts the microwave removing moisture.
Leftover pizza tastes way better. Maybe fries too?
This reminds me of the Guns and Roses requirements for paradise. "Women are attractive, and the grass is the same colour as everywhere". And nobody really cares about the grass.
