In 1845, the Southern Baptists separated from the Triennial Convention to uphold the institution of slavery
So they've always sucked.
- Only took them onehundred and fifty years to say that that was bad, thirty years ago.
  Let's hope they either take less time with the queerphobia or vanish

How do gay people feel about banning the Southern Baptist church? I'm staunchly volcel, but I'd vote for that.
If they're so opposed to it, maybe they should just not do it.
