I think he'll get punched in the face, as customary for nazis attending Metalfests
Don't tolerate this. Confront him, make him feel bad and major clear he's not welcome.
I can think of nothing less metal.

Remember a gathering of people is a nazi rally if a nazi is clearly visible and is getting away with it.
- Europe does not care about american politics as much as americans like to think we do. Not everyone associates trump with nazi instantly. I do not want to attribute to being a nazi something that can be explained by willingness to make an extremely crass joke.
  
  He is rounding up people of a particular color using a paramilitary masked police force and without a trial sending them to a prison in another country that, for years, has been reported on as torturing and killing its prisoners
  
  That's not true in my experience. General rule of thumb in the places I've lived and visited seems to be everyone cares about their own politics and American politics.

This is the sort of American tourist that makes me feel deeply embarrassed when I visit other countries

I have seen this before. Complete with USA-built truck. I cannot fathom how people in Europe do this. Sure, we* happily lap up every bit of American culture we can get our hands on, but this makes me question that person's sanity.
