I'd love a house with doorknobs on the hinge side of the door to mess with visitors.
One thing I desperately want in my future home, should I ever be so wealthy, is at least one door that does actually open, but leads to a brick wall (in an otherwise wooden home), and I'll leave it locked and when people ask where it leads I'll be able to honestly answer "nowhere- there's nothing back there; stop asking.", and I'll leave the key somewhere visible so curious visitors can 'steal' it to get a peek, and then they'll end up even more confused and stuck with even worse curiosity forever
You should keep the key on you and when they ask about it, visibly hide it in a creaky drawer while melodramatically taking a deep breath
