Wasn't that expensive when I went last year, actually felt relatively affordable. Actually, all of Europe felt affordable compared to food prices in the US...

Not worth it

Culturally, not a fan, for many reasons others have mentioned - and the whole caste system thing tends to sour a lot of the otherwise positive aspects.
