I mean this isn't surprising when Microsoft has gone full Google with the advertising and data harvesting.
- That and using react as the start menu. The system has some major slowdown issues. Which is silly in 2025.

I mean, that's handheld but my desktop is still as bit more hit or miss with newer games, I think due to special effects that aren't quite supported yet on the Nvidia proprietary drivers or maybe just proton needing updates.

I don't normally play new releases though so idk (this was bought for me and I'm still troubleshooting). I'm just glad my Garuda Linux seems to have better HDR than Windows, lol.
- Ive had luck with PopOS + NVidia just FYI. Not sure if that helps.
  
  Those drivers are always a pain (Windows and Linux).
