So when is it your dream, once it starts it once it finishes, is it like quantum physics where by just observing an experiment you influence it. So are all the dreams it there and readily available for download and then it becomes your dream. Are nightmares someone else's dreams and that's why they're disturbing?
I don't remember my dreams but I'll sometimes awaken with the feeling I dreamt bad things. Is that normal?
