Sometimes I win at Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edition, sometimes I get utterly wrecked because I keep using lightning magic while my characters are standing in a puddle with the enemies

We are not the same.
Man I should really finish Divinity Original Sin 2. I get to the end of rpgs and just never complete then, I'm unsure why.
@RebekahWSD I've seen me losing interest in the RPG at the end or halfway more than a few times due to accumulated fatigue (game too long, too hard, too whatever), so might this should be your reason too?
Or could it be that the game is so good you don't want to say goodbye to the characters?
It's likely fatigue with a lot of me liking making characters more than playing them, haha!
That's why I love the open world ones. I've been playing Elder Scrolls games since arena and daggerfall and not once have I bothered with the main quest. I just loved getting lost. I have enough "do the things" quests in real life, I want to go into an unexpected wilderness with an imagination and just..play.
