Do you need direct sunlight for this to work? My back garden doesn't get much sunlight, so it'd be cool if there was still a way we could grow some things. Looks fairly compact too, which would be valuable!

- Yes and No, Hydroponics is not the deciding factor here. The plants are. Some want sun, the more the better and others thrive in shade. Alas i only have full sun, so im the wrong guy zo ask for recommendations on plants. Maybe make your own Post with Pictures across the day of you planned space?
