im fed up with everything. I decided to hospitalize myself bc i cant take it no more, im extremely exhausted from life. Im a burden to everyone, i deserve no other outcome

You do whatever you can to take care of yourself. That's number one. Most of us here experience burnout. It's good you recognize it and are seeking help.
I'm with you on the first half. the last part is just the burnout brain talking but i feel you. i don't know how I'm going to make this work

I do want to point out that every human is a burden to everyone. It’s okay. That’s just how society is. It’s only a problem when assholes don’t want to pitch in to support each other.
Not a burden. We're social animals at the end of the day. Everyone relies on everyone else to keep this whole thing we got going. Participating in that doesn't make you a burden, it makes you human. Hope you get what you need OP, we're all here rooting for ya.

I understand what it feels like to think you don’t deserve anything good, but please be open to the idea that you could be wrong.
Maybe it’s not as important to get what you think you deserve. Another way of thinking about it is relearning to accept and reject the things that are given to you.
I believe in you.
I believe in your ability to get the help that you need. I wish you well.
I am feeling like I want to do the same. I don't even know where to start to get the process moving
I'm considering the same for my bipolar. Each time I spiral into depression is worse and worse for me and everyone around me
